Briar Creek Brewery

This is our first label.

      We take a water that is great for brewing and add the best American made whole grain barley malt (2-row Briess) and slow brew for complexity. Then we add the highest quality hops early so we get a balanced beer taste. Adding just the right yeast at the best temperature completes this beer.

      It brings a fresh flavor to our local beer aisles that can be confidently served for enjoyment.
       This is the first one. A great beer, smooth, complex and balanced. OK, so it's my favorite too.  Watch for more.
